Sway Wellness Spa Central Park

The Aurora space—formerly Upswell Studio—centers on the Sway Remedy Lounge, structuring time around self-guided 75-minute recovery sessions. Inside, contrast circuits combine traditional dry saunas and infrared cabins with cold plunges and warm soaks, accompanied by lounge access, PEMF mats, and compression therapy. Outside the self-directed circuits, the spa offers massage therapy, advanced facials, and LED light therapy alongside automated Aescape robot massages.
