Chef Suzie draws on over two decades in the food industry to bring a global twist to traditional island fare. Beyond standard jerk orders, the kitchen prepares oxtail, curry goat, and pholourie, alongside cross-cultural adaptations like a jerk chicken quesadilla and whiting fish. Plates are rounded out with sides of roti, plantain, curry vegetables, or beans and rice, served in hot, satisfying portions.
