Suxico Sushi

Jorge and Enrique opened Suxico in a reimagined space formerly occupied by Ba Mien 2, building an expansive menu that reaches well beyond standard sushi fare. The bar prepares fresh nigiri, sashimi, handrolls, and crudo alongside specialty creations like the Tuna on Fire and Hot Wheels roll. To balance the raw offerings, the kitchen sends out Japanese-influenced hot plates such as katsu curry and miso cod, backed by a Chef's Special Salad and welcoming neighborhood hospitality.
