Description
Before moving to the United States, chef-owner Minoru Ogawa trained under his father in the Nippori section of Tokyo. Both his father and brother are master sushi chefs in Japan, where the original family shop has operated for more than 50 years and is now run by his brother. As a second-generation sushi chef with decades of experience, Ogawa follows that lineage at the counter, carefully preparing and crafting each piece of sushi throughout the omakase.
