Description
Conceived like an ancient Kyoto temple, the interior emulates Sukiya-style architecture with traditional woodwork joinery. Guests experience an immersive Edomae omakase tasting menu curated nightly across either the 8-seat Hinoki Counter or the 6-seat Ash Room. The multi-course meal unfolds with five to six otsumami followed by twelve to fourteen seasonal nigiri, miso soup, tamago, and dessert.
