Koshi no Kanbai has been brewed in Niigata since 1907, and the house counts among the pioneers of tanrei karakuchi, the crisp, dry style the region is known for. The kitchen answers with omakase service alongside caviar, A5 wagyu and white winter truffle.

The evening stays with a single brewery. Koshi no Kanbai brings its full U.S. lineup to the table, along with one premium bottle from Japan that has not been released. Fourth-generation president Tatsunori Ishimoto leads guests through the tasting experience.
🎟️ Before You Book
Resy lists a single 6:30 PM seating at $455 per guest plus tax, and the ticket is non-refundable. Each booking covers one to four guests, and Resy allots two hours for the evening.
