Sushi Goemon Restaurant

Founded by Iwao Gan Ishikawa Sr.—known affectionately as Gan-san—after arriving from Japan, the restaurant grew out of a desire to create a place where people could truly connect. Rather than focusing strictly on sushi, the concept was anchored in the izakaya tradition of a casual gathering space, keeping conversation, drink, and community at the center across its two locations.
