Sushi Avenue on the Square

Opened in 2003 a few blocks from the original West Ponce location, this family-owned outpost centers on a dining room framed by modern angles and pop-art decor. Guests are greeted upon arrival by a shrine tori-i image art wall before settling in for traditional Japanese fare.

Behind the sushi bar, a senior chef with over 45 years of experience prepares sashimi, specialty rolls, and classic entrees complemented by homemade dressings.
