Surf HNL Ala Moana

Sessions kick off on the sand with a land safety demonstration explaining how to stand up before entering the water. Out in the break, instructors accompany each participant directly to help catch swells, even if conditions turn choppy. Lessons also extend to stand-up paddleboarding, with gear fully provided—including surfboards, leashes, rash guards, reef shoes, and surf leggings for women.
