Supra
4.5 (2,514)restaurant
A Shaw spot built around the Georgian feast, serving cheese-stuffed khachapuri, soup dumplings, and all-Georgian wines.
Description

Supra takes its name from the traditional feast characterized by abundant food, wine, and toasts. Founded by Jonathan and Laura Nelms as DC’s first Georgian restaurant, the space pairs wood tables and paneling with regional accents like hanging sheep hats and a mural by Georgian street artist Gagosh. Executive Chef Richard Wagner rounds out the menu with meat specialties, supported by the country's first all-Georgian wine list spanning over 50 labels.
