Description

Founded by former environmental engineer Lisa Negri on a residential lot that once held an uninhabitable house, the garden operates as a living laboratory for sustainable urban living. The planting scheme brings together Southwestern shrubs, bulbs, and wildflowers alongside succulents and prairie grasses, all selected to thrive in Denver’s climate while supporting local birds, bees, and pollinators. In practice, it doubles as an educational demonstration of xeric cultivation and a quiet, carefully designed sanctuary.
