Along the Brazos River, this 150-acre park pairs kayak-ready water and biking trails with an expansive dog park.
Description
The 2.5 miles of paths include the South Meadow Loop and the Justin P. Brindley Trail for mountain biking. On the water, the lake opens up to fishing and canoeing. The wider grounds feature open space for sports, an enclosed play area equipped with climbing ropes, a pull-up bar station, two large pavilions, and the Veterans Memorial, sitting right next to the 6-acre Pawm Springs Dog Park.
