Rooted in an Old World recipe, the selection extends well beyond the bramble under owner Julie Freitas. Shelves feature plant-based Planted Donuts alongside daily scratch baking: fruit tarts, pies, espresso squares, lemon shortbread, and cupcakes finished with a soft, generous crown of frosting. Drinks are brewed with beans from Fazenda Coffee Roasters, rounding out a counter primed for casual pastry runs as well as last-minute celebration cakes boxed with custom writing on the spot.
