Description
Focused on reviving West Downtown San Antonio and expanding the Parish Arts District, the project adapts older commercial buildings into creative office studios of varied sizes. Across the properties, shared spaces include nine differently themed lobbies, the Parish Gallery, and a cyclorama. An all-inclusive setup gives tenants access to all buildings and common areas to support collaboration and community among working creatives.
