Student Experience Amsterdam Minervahaven

Designed for international students, exchange students, and researchers, this complex pairs private, fully furnished studios with inclusive rent covering utilities, municipal taxes, and select bi-weekly cleaning. On-site facilities include a gym, study rooms, lounges, and co-working spaces, alongside regular community events. Resident reports highlight clear trade-offs: while the social setup and gym earn praise, feedback frequently points to high rental costs, communication friction, and persistent issues with unreliable Wi-Fi and pest control.
