Stephen Klein Wellness Center

Operating as an open-to-all Federally Qualified Health Center, the facility integrates medical services within a trauma-informed environment. It holds designations as a Healthcare for the Homeless program and a Center of Excellence for opioid use disorder treatment, supported by behavioral health resources and an on-site pharmacy. Day-to-day community support extends across the campus: a connected YMCA provides child care, multi-purpose spaces host recovery groups and nutrition classes, and on-site hospitality services supply showers, laundry, and access to clothing and food.
