The listing names a K2 meter, a REM Master and an SB7T spirit box among the gear. It lists three stops; the operator's own page adds a downtown stop, and its replies to reviewers count three or four. Plan on two hours either way.
On the listing, adults pay from USD 44.90 and children 6 to 14 from USD 26.90 for the 6:00 PM start, with the 8:30 PM start and Saturdays priced a little higher. Every booking needs an adult on it, and one booking takes up to 13 travelers.

The operator recommends long pants and shoes that protect your feet for this stop, and says bug spray is always a good idea. Reviewers back that up. A July 2026 reviewer described ants and cactus underfoot, and a July 2025 reviewer said the mosquitoes were bad enough that the guide offered bug spray.
Lighthouse Park, Beside the Tower
The listing calls its park stop the dark and mysterious Lighthouse Park. Reviewers place it next to the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and one remembered the guide's story of a death on the grounds.
The stop is the park itself, which has a playground. Nothing in the listing includes a visit inside the lighthouse. A July 2026 reviewer who expected the lighthouse's history ended up in the playground looking for spirits in the trees, and came away disappointed.
Inside the Haunted Dixie House
The listing gives the Haunted Dixie House about 25 minutes, with the guide putting the equipment to use and time to work a K2 meter yourself. GhoSt Augustine also runs separate, longer investigations in the house, and its page for those describes a one-floor wooden house of about 1,000 square feet, roughly 100 years old, with no stairs to climb.
In a reply to one reviewer, the operator wrote that it does not guarantee anything paranormal will happen. Reviews follow that split. One reported footsteps by a rocking chair in the house, while an April 2025 reviewer found the house and the park short on paranormal activity and liked the cemetery's history most. The operator asks guests not to film while the guide tells the stories, and filming during the investigation is fine.
Two Starting Points, Depending on the Night
Sunday through Thursday you meet downtown; on Fridays and Saturdays you meet at a house on South Dixie Highway. The downtown start is Beerhammer's, a store in the Heritage Walk mall at 162 St. George Street, Suite 19, with the mall entrance on St. George Street by the Cathedral. The weekend start is 68 South Dixie Highway, a yellow wooden house at the corner of Columbus Street, where you can park free on the grass. Arrive 15 minutes early at either one.
The listing also mentions an 11:00 PM run from the Dixie Highway house. As of October 24, 2026, its calendar shows that slot as not operating and sells only the 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM starts.
The listing rates the tour suitable for all physical fitness levels. The operator notes minor walking at some stops and uneven ground in places, says the shuttle holds 13 regular-sized adults and asks guests who need extra space to tell it ahead, and suggests anyone with a heart condition or other health issues check with a doctor first.

Tickets bought from the operator directly use a 48-hour cutoff instead.
