Operating in the Ala Moana Center Makai Food Court since 2005, the counter focuses on straightforward grill plates prepared in open view. The New York and rib-eye cuts arrive chilled, never frozen, alongside popular Silver-labeled House steaks and surf-and-turf combinations. Every entrée comes paired with standard sides of mashed potatoes, riviera beans, and warm corn. The operation shares its kitchen with Cheeseburger Factory, separated by the only self-serve salad bar in the food court.
