Start Hike Hanauma Bay Ridge Walk

The path climbs the heights above the marine conservation district established in 1967, offering vantage points over the preserve's clear water and coastal contours. Walkers can choose between a straightforward paved out-and-back, a rougher rocky loop, or a track toward a cliffside lookout. The trail is scenic and peaceful, but it is completely exposed to sun and wind with zero shade from start to finish.
