Classes are built around the idea that yoga belongs to every body, welcoming all ages, sizes, and walks of life from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Beyond physical movement aimed at relieving stress and building strength, the programming branches into breathwork, sustainability sessions, and mat chats, with events shared across both the studio and community partners.
