Standard Brewing

Serving the neighborhood since 2013, the brewhouse focuses primarily on lagers, IPAs, stouts, and saisons, alongside experimental and farmhouse-style ales. The cellar relies on traditional and technical brewing practices—including spunding, top cropping ale yeast, and filtering lagers—to pull clean nuance and balance out of every batch. On the floor, the space operates as a 21+ public house backed by an in-house kitchen menu, cocktails, and a friendly, no-judgment atmosphere.
