Organized on Palm Sunday 1887 when Chinese immigrants gathered in Hawaii to give thanks, St. Peter's quickly grew into a source of community outreach. Today, services are held in English, bringing together a self-described ==Hawaii 'mixed plate' community== that honors its heritage while focusing on justice, peace, and the dignity of every human being.
