Description

Ssyal’s roots trace back to ginseng farming in Missouri and Woodstock, Illinois, anchoring decades of cooking in Chicago. The signature samgye-tang is prepared with an entire Cornish game hen stuffed with glutinous rice, jujubes, and whole garlic cloves in a delicate ginseng broth. The broader menu rounds out the table with traditional comfort dishes like gamjatang and flavorful banchan.
