Description
The building originally served as a sales pavilion for McMillin Communities in the Scripps Ranch Marketplace before being donated to the neighborhood and officially opened by Mayor Susan Golding. Managed by the Scripps Ranch Civic Association, it now functions as reservable space equipped with folding tables and chairs for local homeowners associations, non-profits, and civic groups. Interior spaces include the E.W. Scripps meeting area beneath the cupola and the Nackey Conference room in the eastern wing.
