Springs Cafe

Operated by the team behind Bronze Cafe since 2022, the kitchen pairs casual counter service with a broad, all-day menu. Dishes range from a breakfast sandwich on a pretzel bun and crème brûlée waffles to chilaquiles, fresh salads, burgers, and California sandwiches, supported by house-baked pastries, frozen lemonades, beer, and artisan chocolate bars. The expansive dining room frames open sightlines across Springs Preserve toward downtown Las Vegas and parts of the Strip.
