Spring Street Park

Positioned right across from the Spring Street subway station on the C and E lines, this lower Manhattan spot sits in the center of two drive lanes. It functions primarily as an open-air respite for a quick break—a place to pass time, enjoy the surroundings, or get some work done. While there is not much activity built into the space itself, visitors often pair a pause here with food from the Afghan food truck parked outside.
