Description

Although mostly lost to commercial and residential development, the site southeast of Spring Hill preserves key sections of landscape to help visitors understand one of the most controversial events of the Civil War. Set along Kedron Road and Reserve Boulevard, the grounds detail the campaign's missed opportunities. Nearby on Route 31, Rippavilla Plantation remains standing and open to visitors, marking where Confederates camped during the night of November 28–29, 1864.
