Husband-and-wife team Artur Wnorowski and Gosia Pieniążek took over the former Ella’s BBQ space, keeping an active backyard smoker running. The menu stretches Polish comfort fare into chef-driven territory, pairing Kraków-style pulled meat sandwiches (maczanka), crispy schnitzel, and potato pancakes with hand-spun milkshakes. Polish beers, cocktails, and weekend brunch items like pierogi benedict round out the lineup in an easygoing space that opens onto patio tables.
