Suit up, grab a drink, and fling paint onto canvas at this spirited Santa Monica studio inspired by action painting.
Description
Drawing directly from midcentury action painting, Splatter Studio LA frames art-making as an energetic, uninhibited release. Guests step into an immersive, canvas-covered space equipped with paint, tools, and protective gear—including gloves and shoe covers—to create without worrying about the mess. Programming shifts depending on the crowd, running from daytime all-ages and junior sessions to after-dark black-light 21+ sessions set to music with drinks from the bar. Once finished, each piece packs into a provided take-home box for safe transport.
