Description
Founded in 1991 by Jim and Sia Voltsis, Spiro's grew out of their son Evan's high school DECA project in West Seattle before putting down roots in Shoreline. The kitchen continues making every pizza by hand with fresh ingredients, turning out classic comfort alongside calzones filled with salami and artichoke, flavor-packed meatballs, and host-recommended soups. The dining room pairs those dishes with large, inexpensive lunch portions and steady, warm greetings from passing staff.
