Spirit of Grace
4.9 (17)other
4.9 (17)A shared Lutheran-Catholic congregation built on radical inclusion, active social justice, and an on-site labyrinth.
Description
Established in 1986, the congregation is recognized by both the Oregon Synod of the ELCA and the Archdiocese of Portland, bringing together Lutherans, Catholics, and seekers from other traditions. Gathering as a relational and questioning community, it connects the Lutheran ideal of unity in Christ with Catholic Social Teaching. That openness translates into explicit affirmation for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and marginalized groups, creating an environment where members and visitors engage freely regardless of their personal background, beliefs, or doubts.
