Description
Opened in 2008 as Cascina Spinasse, the kitchen builds on the traditional cooking of Northern Italy's Piedmont region. Since 2015, Chef Stuart Lane has guided the menu, combining authentic Piedmontese techniques with products from Pacific Northwest artisans and small farmers. The offering rounds out with seasonally driven dishes, desserts, and a curated Northern Italian wine list.
