Description
Rick and Raf Spielman started the venture in 2011 as a father-son coffee roasting company before opening their first shop on SE Division. Alongside roasted coffee blends, the bakery turns out hand-rolled bagels paired with small-batch spreads ranging from plain whipped cream cheese and smoked salmon to berry schmear and savory garlic hummus.
