🎧 Room To Roam

The Midway turns a Dogpatch outing into a choice between several kinds of listening. At 900 Marin St, music, technology and culinary arts share a 40,000 square foot complex. Envelop SF focuses on spatial audio, while the industrial style 888 Garage, the RiDE and the open air Terrace give the place distinct settings. Electronic concerts and block parties anchor the music side of the operation.

There is room to step away from the concert soundscapes, too. The layout includes multiple bars and dedicated quiet zones, a substantial part of the appeal when you want a pause between louder stretches. An active art gallery adds another reason to explore the complex beyond its performance spaces.

The weekday lunch cafe offers another way into The Midway, with service Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Those are lunch hours, rather than a timetable for the concerts. Event and block party ticket prices vary by show.
