Description
Athletes train across two Houston locations—on Star Lane and Avenue N—with conditioning programs aimed from middle school to the pros. At Star Lane, SP Cages features five cages with dirt and turf mounds and two pitching machines, integrated with TrackMan, Edgertronic, and HitTrax tech. The site also includes SP Golf, centered on a Full Swing golf simulator.
