South Beach to Calle Ocho, Narrated From the Passenger Seat
A private four-hour drive across Miami, from the Art Deco District to Calle Ocho, with three short stops on the listed route.
This is a private tour, and the only people in the vehicle are your group. The listed route covers the Art Deco District in South Beach, the causeways over Biscayne Bay, downtown and Brickell, the road out toward Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Little Havana.
The route lists three stops, and together they take 25 of the 240 minutes. The rest is narrated from your seat. The listing also says the operator can add stops for food, drinks or shopping, and that is how the plan changes.

The booking covers the private vehicle, the guide, bottled water and pickup and drop-off at select hotels. Food, drinks and the tip are yours to pay.

Between the beach and the mainland, the route crosses the Venetian Causeway through the Venetian Islands. Downtown is a drive-by: the Adrienne Arsht Center, the Frost Museum of Science next to the Pérez Art Museum, the downtown arena and the Freedom Tower, which the listing ties to Miami's Cuban-American community.
One stop is five minutes at the Miami Circle in Brickell, where the guide covers Native American Miami before Europeans arrived. The Rickenbacker Causeway then carries you out over the bay toward Crandon Park on Key Biscayne, a stretch the listing uses for the city's skyline and its ecology. A second five-minute stop is at a historic building the listing describes as a preservation landmark without naming it.
Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and 15 Minutes on Calle Ocho

Vizcaya and Miami City Hall are drive-bys. Coconut Grove is where the listing promises a slower Miami, with local restaurants, boutiques and bungalows under a canopy of trees. In Coral Gables the drive passes the French Country Village, the Chinese Village, the University of Miami campus, the Biltmore Hotel and the Venetian Pool, which the listing notes is closed in the winter months.
Calle Ocho gets the longest stop on the list, 15 minutes. The listing calls the street the heart of Cuban-American Miami. Food is not included, and the listing says you can buy it here.
Who Drives, and How Far the Route Bends
On its own site the operator introduces its host, Jhon García Barbosa, who describes an academic background in cultural anthropology and writes that he grew up exploring Biscayne Bay. The listing speaks of guides in the plural. Reviews from 2017 to 2023 also credit other guides by name, and the booking does not fix who drives.
Reviewers describe the guide doing the driving and changing the plan on request. Wynwood is not on this listing's route, but the operator's own booking page for its private Miami city tour names two stops, one in Wynwood and one in Little Havana. To make sure either one is in your four hours, or a meal in Little Havana, write it in the special requirements when you book.
Two to Four Guests, and No Sunday Dates
This listing sells one ticket type, for ages 4 to 99, and takes two to four travelers per booking. A solo traveler cannot book it, and the calendar stops at four. The listing's vehicle note mentions a van for groups of five to twelve, but this booking page does not sell those sizes. The price per head drops as the group grows: USD 293 each for two, 265 each for three, 233 each for four.
For up to four people the listing assigns a full-size SUV or a four-door soft-top Jeep Wrangler, depending on availability, and asks you to confirm which with the operator. Airport and cruise port pickups may need special arrangements, and the listing asks you to raise them when you book. Guides speak English or Spanish, and other languages depend on availability.
The calendar has no Sunday dates, and booking closes 24 hours before the day. A full refund needs at least 24 hours' notice. The operator says its tours run rain or shine, though it can cancel for poor conditions, and its booking notes recommend hats and sunscreen.
📍 There is no meeting point. Pickup and drop-off at select hotels are included and a custom address is accepted. The calendar sells a date without a time, and the operator's booking notes ask customers to call to confirm the pickup time and place. Then Miami goes past the window.
