Sound sessions layer crystal and metal singing bowls, spirit drums, gongs, and chimes, while the wider calendar spans Kundalini, Nidra, and Hatha alongside traditional and Shamanic Reiki and soul coaching. Gatherings like the monthly women's circles leave deliberate room for unpressured reflection and sharing. Classes are geared for all levels, rounded out by a tea station stocked with warm drinks.
