An Aurora dance studio offering salsa and bachata classes that pair musical rhythm with approachable technique.
Description
Instruction is led by Tom "El RastaSalsa," a Nigerian musician with over two decades in music and dance who uses his musical background to connect movement directly to rhythm. Drawing on past experience as a Caterpillar engineer and ten years tutoring college students, he brings an analytical approach to the studio, aiming to break down dance concepts and adapt explanations for different learning styles. The sessions emphasize a lively, social atmosphere geared toward meeting people, getting an energetic workout, and having fun on the floor.
