Across the facility, eight sound-isolated studios rent by the hour for solo practice, private instruction, ensemble rehearsals, and audition recordings. Rooms accommodate brass, woodwinds, strings, and voice, fitted with acoustic and digital pianos.

Specialized setups include a percussion room with a marimba, drum set, microphones, and keyboard, alongside a 650-square-foot Performance Room. Centered around a Model B piano, the larger space provides flexible seating for up to 60 guests for recitals and masterclasses.
