Description

Operating since 1979, this cultural hub approaches art as a tool for social change through multi-disciplinary events and exhibitions. It equips artists with space, mentorship, and support to shift perspectives, while collaborating closely with BIPOC artists. Visitors encounter large painted sculptures alongside fluorescent artworks and a walk-in dome featuring written messages. The center also hosts the annual Día de los Muertos series, featuring constructed altars dedicated to mourning, healing, and remembering.
