Solterra Vista Park, opening Spring 2027

Designed by Schmidt Design Group to work with the site's natural topography, the five-acre grounds sit adjacent to Pacific Sky School in Pacific Highlands Ranch. The layout centers on an active mix of open space and dedicated recreation facilities, featuring a 1.8-acre multi-purpose turf field with a pedestrian loop alongside a playground equipped with climbing loops and a slide. Sports amenities expand further with a full-size basketball court and two lit tennis courts—the neighborhood's only public courts—supported by a community pavilion with picnic tables.
