Description

Set on Lincoln Park property in West Seattle, the space opened to gardening in 2003 after neighborhood volunteers and future plot holders hand-built the walls for individual plots across terraced beds shaped by a contractor. Beyond the fruit trees and berries, the hillside holds a perennial garden, rhubarb, and grape arbors, along with an entry herb garden and bench funded through the West Seattle Garden Tour. Among the cultivated plots, seven are designated as giving gardens.
