SNS Diner BBQ

Founded in 2013 by Las Vegas native Mike Poniewaz, the diner runs three smokers, with one sitting right in the kitchen. Daily prep extends well past barbecue basics, turning out scratch cornbread, potato salad, fresh-cut fries, cobblers, and daily soups like pork posole and chicken and sausage gumbo. Mornings feature hearty plates like biscuits and gravy alongside chicken fried brisket. Following its move to Losee Road, the space also includes a full bar with 10 beers on tap, a drive-thru, and a pet-friendly outdoor patio.
