Morris “Mo” Melchor opened the first Smokey Mo's in Cedar Park in 2000 alongside his wife Lisa and their five sons, bringing 30 years working Texas pits to the business. Meats are smoked fresh in-house daily, filling out the lineup with pit staples such as sloppy mos and smoked chicken.
