Description
Designed by Battalion Chief Lee Gray Holden as Portland’s first bungalow fire station, the property is owned and operated by the nonprofit Sellwood-Moreland Improvement League.
A 2024 remodel updated the air-conditioned hall with a commercial kitchen, projector system, gas fireplace, and a baby grand piano. The main floor accommodates table seating for 72 with an overall capacity of 90, while the lower-level Hainley Leipzig room serves as a flexible breakout space or bridal lounge. Landscaped grounds encircle the building, and event bookings run with no catering restrictions.
