True to the name, dinner is a multi-napkin affair, with generous portions of chicken tacos, taco salads, and nachos backed by reasonably priced drinks and beer. The room frequently fills with off-shift employees from Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld alongside regulars whose orders the staff already know. While there are scant options for vegetarians, bartenders have been known to improvise off-menu veggie wraps to make it work.
