Six Escape Rooms at Great Mall, Difficulty Seven to Nine
Book one of six rooms for an hour. Any seat you leave empty can be sold to someone else.
This is a storefront on the outer ring of Great Mall, next to entrance 6, the side of the building where the AMC parking lot is. Six separate builds sit behind the front counter, each a full set with its own locked door.
A dedicated game guide takes your team in and helps when you ask. The listing runs seventy-five minutes end to end. The clock inside the room runs sixty.

Seats here are sold one at a time. Any seat your group leaves open can be booked by someone else. The operator's own page for each of the six rooms lists the same cap of eight players, and this booking tops out at eight as well.
One traveler can book. Sales close sixty minutes before the session starts, confirmation is immediate, and the ticket works from a phone.
The Escape Game at Great Mall in MilpitasOne room, sixty minutes on the clock, up to eight players. Six games to pick from at 123 Great Mall Drive.www.viator.comWhat Each of the Six Rooms Asks You to Do

The operator scores every room out of ten on its own page and shows the number before you book. Four of the six sit at seven.
- Prison Break, 9 out of 10: break out of Iron Gate, a 1950s prison run by a warden who plays chess with the inmates
- The Heist, 8 out of 10: recover a stolen Monet from the curator of the Barclay Museum of Historical Art
- The Depths, 7 out of 10: search a deep-sea laboratory that went dark and find the lead researcher who vanished
- Cosmic Crisis, 7 out of 10: stop a galaxy-eating black hole from the deck of a spaceship
- Gold Rush, 7 out of 10: find the nuggets Clyde Hamilton stashed in his log cabin in the 1800s
- Timeliner: Train Through Time, 7 out of 10: board a time-travelling train and repair a mistake in the past
Prison Break is the only nine on that board. Cosmic Crisis is the newest of the six. All six run the same sixty minutes with the same cap of eight, which leaves the difficulty number as the one thing separating them on paper.
Eight Seats Decide Who Else Is in the Room

The operator puts it plainly: unless you book all the spots in a game, others could book into your game and join your team.
For a party of five, three seats stay live on the calendar until the session starts. Whoever takes them plays on your side, sees your clues, and shares your clock. A party of eight closes the room.
Pricing is per person and the age band on this listing runs from five to ninety-nine. A child's seat counts against the eight the same way an adult's does.
Who Can Play, and Who Needs an Adult
The operator recommends the games for ages thirteen and up, allows younger players, and notes that some of the content may be too difficult for them. Anyone fourteen or under needs an adult of eighteen or older playing in the room with them. Every player under eighteen needs an adult to sign their waiver.
The listing marks the venue wheelchair accessible, allows service animals, takes prams and strollers, and rates the activity suitable for all fitness levels. The same listing asks you to call about wheelchair access. The store number is (669) 336-4614.
Every door in the building has an exit button. The operator's wording is that you are in a room with a locked door and you are welcome to leave at any time.
Before the Hour Starts
- Sign the waivers digitally before you arrive. The operator asks for this in writing.
- Arrive fifteen minutes before your game time. The operator also asks you to plan ahead for traffic and parking.
- Look for entrance 6. It is the lot closest to the AMC movie theater.
- Cancel at least twenty-four hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside twenty-four hours, nothing comes back.
📍 123 Great Mall Drive, Milpitas. You come out into the mall on the same side you parked, with the AMC theater a short walk from the door.
Pick the session time first and let the rest of the evening fall in behind it. Six rooms, one hour, and a team you either brought with you or were handed at the door.
