Sip Wine & Meet Capybaras at The Giraffe Winery at Grapetown Vineyard
Animal Experience & Wine TastingDec 3 · 16:00
Enjoy a glass of wine while observing capybaras in their habitat. It is a rare chance to learn about these gentle animals up close.
Description
At this Fredericksburg vineyard, the tasting experience centers on observing a group of capybaras while sampling wine. You are invited to learn about the animals’ behaviors and take photos, though guests do not enter the enclosure to ensure both human and animal safety. It is an opportunity for up-close observation from a distance that pairs the winery’s standard offerings with the presence of these gentle, semi-aquatic rodents.
