Downstairs, Sip shifts the focus to technique-driven, high-end cocktails in a refined room. The kitchen matches the drink program with Japanese-influenced comfort bites. The coveted Wagyu smash burger is limited to just 12 per night because it is made from the trimmings of their A5 Wagyu taku sando. The venue gets exceptionally busy, and while the drink list is printed, the food menu is digital.
