Description
The operation began inside a family restaurant in Hanapepe on Kauai, where founder Ysidro Macias noticed the popularity of their homemade tortillas climbing daily. In 1995, the family relocated to Honolulu to focus on production full-time. Today, Sinaloa works out of a 15,000-square-foot facility in the airport industrial area, producing multiple varieties made with fresh ingredients in every recipe.
